    • How do I pay for my order?

      We accept all major credit cards and your credit card information must be entered and submitted before your order is finalized.

    • Do you offer financing?

      No. There are no financing options available for any of our items on our online store.

    • Are taxes charged on my order?

      Yes. Depending on which province we are shipping to, the correct HST/GST will be charged at checkout. There will be no tax charged on orders shipped to the U.S.A.

    • Can I purchase these items in store?

      Yes, if you do not want to process your order online you can call or email our parts departments at any location and place the order. You can also pick them up in-store and pay for them at the dealership if you do not want to use the online store.

  • Shipping & Handling
    • Is shipping & handling included in order price?

      Shipping and Handling is not included in the pricing.

    • How much does shipping cost?

      Upon checkout, you will see the applicable freight charges and options with three carriers (UPS, FedEx and Canada Post), and the price of shipping based on your location.

    • When will I receive my order?

      We normally process orders within the same day or day after the order is placed.
      Depending on our stock and availability you should receive your order within 3-10 business days from the order date.

      You will be informed via email or text message of your order status and shipping information.

    • Is there a fee for customs?

      Yes, there will be duty and customs charges on shipments to the U.S.A.

    • What is the warranty on items purchased?

      A part that has been determined to be defective and has been purchased from Nova International Ltd during the previous 12 months may be returned, subject to the terms and conditions as stated below:

      1) Nova International Parts Staff/Support must be notified in writing (by e-mail, Rachel@novaintl.ca) by the customer's findings and intention to return the defective part.
      The notification must state the full and correct part number, the machine application, original invoice number and a description of the defect. Pictures of the part "label", the defective part, and also of the packaging must be provided.

      2) The part must be "new and unused".
      IMPORTANT NOTE: Once a part has been installed on a machine and found to be defective, the normal "warranty conditions" apply based on the original machine warranty conditions.

      3) The defect must not be the result of transport damage. Refer to the appropriate carrier policy for transport damage claims.

      4) All defective parts must be returned "freight prepaid" to Nova International ltd.

      5) Upon receipt of the defective part, Nova International will inspect the part in question.

      6) Once the part has been verified to be defective in accordance with this policy, a credit will then be issued against the original invoice with no restocking charge applied.

    • Do you accept full refunds?

      We do full refunds or exchanges for a similar product or size of the same dollar value.

    • How can I return items that I purchased?

      Any purchase can be returned as long as the items are still in their original packaging and the item/part is unused. You are however responsible for the freight to send the item back to Nova International unless we sent the incorrect item by mistake. The return must be received at a Nova store within 30 days of the original sale/shipment.
      We however cannot accept returns for electrical parts and please note we will not accept items that are sent collect to Nova International Ltd.
